AI career navigator

Dream Krafters turns a career goal into a plan you can follow

Students talk with an AI about their interests, skills and constraints. Dream Krafters turns that conversation into a roadmap with phases, milestones, lessons and an AI mentor. Guardians and counselors can follow along.

Your AI mentor

Which part of managing interests you most: planning the work, helping people or keeping track of numbers?

An example of the roadmap view. Each student's roadmap is generated from their own conversation.

Built for the student and the adults who support them

  • Students

Talk it through in your own words, by typing or by voice. Get a roadmap, a lesson and a short check for each milestone, and an AI mentor to ask when you're stuck.

  • Parents and guardians

Join your student's team, add your own view during onboarding, and follow their onboarding conversation, roadmap, lessons and progress.

How it works

From a first conversation to milestones you can check off.

  1. 01

    Start with a conversation

An AI asks what you enjoy, what you're good at and what you need to work around, then suggests careers that fit. You choose the one to plan for.

Example onboarding chat: the AI asks a student what they enjoy and suggests careers to choose from.
  2. 02

Get a roadmap built for you

Your roadmap has at least five phases, from exploring the field to working at an expert level. Each phase has three to five milestones, with estimated time and learning resources.

Example roadmap view: five phases from Exploration to Expert, with progress for each phase and the milestones in the current one.
  3. 03

    Learn, practice and prove it

Each milestone comes with a lesson, practice tasks and a short check. A milestone counts as done only when you pass its check, and the skills you earn appear on your skill map.

Example milestone: what you will learn, skills to develop, practice projects and a button to take the milestone check.
  4. 04

Ask your mentor, by text or voice

Your AI mentor knows your roadmap and the documents you upload, like report cards and certificates. Type or talk, and turn on conversation mode to hear replies read aloud.

Example chat with an AI mentor, with buttons to speak a message and to turn on conversation mode.

Our mission

We're building an AI-powered career navigator that turns a simple statement like 'I want to be a manager' into a personalized, actionable life plan. Through dynamic, conversational discovery, the AI extracts a user's unique strengths, interests, and constraints to generate a multi-year blueprint— guiding teens and young adults from their current reality to their ultimate career destination.

For parents, guardians and counselors

Shape the plan and follow the progress

Dream Krafters works as a team: the student, plus the guardians and counselors they invite.

  • Everyone's view counts

The roadmap waits until the student and every guardian and counselor on the team finish onboarding, so it's built from all of your answers. A guardian can choose to start it sooner.

  • See progress without changing it

Guardians and counselors can see the student's onboarding conversation with the AI, plus their roadmap, lessons and practice progress. They can't edit any of it.

  • Mentor chats and documents aren't shared with the team

A student's conversations with their AI mentor, and the documents they upload, are kept on their own account. Other team members can't open them.

  • A mentor that stays on topic

The mentor is instructed to talk only about careers, school and skills. It declines stories, role-play and games, and steers back to the plan.

  • Progress is earned

A milestone is marked complete only after the student passes its check. Checks are graded on our server, not in the browser.

  • Clear roles

Each person joins as a student, guardian or counselor. Anyone on the team can invite people, and guardians manage the members.

AI makes mistakes. Treat the roadmap as a starting point, talk it through together, and check details like entry requirements with a counselor or an official source.

Questions

Who is Dream Krafters for?

Teens and young adults planning a career, and the parents, guardians and counselors helping them. Our Privacy Policy says the service isn't intended for children under 13.

How is a roadmap made?

After the onboarding conversation, AI models generate a roadmap for the career you chose: at least five phases, each with three to five milestones, estimated time and learning resources. Lessons and checks are generated for each milestone.

Is the AI always right?

No. Roadmaps, lessons and mentor replies are written by AI and can contain mistakes, and times are estimates. Talk the plan through with family or a counselor, and check important facts with official sources.

What can guardians and counselors see?

The student's onboarding conversation with the AI, their roadmap, lessons and practice progress. They can see these but not change them. Mentor conversations and uploaded documents aren't shared with the team.

What will the mentor talk about?

Careers, school, skills, the student's roadmap and the documents they upload. If asked for anything else, such as a story or a game, it declines and steers back to the plan.

Can students use voice?

Yes. Students can speak to the mentor instead of typing. Conversation mode reads replies aloud and sends a message when the student stops talking. Career pages and lessons have a Listen button.

How is personal information handled?

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. It states that we do not sell personal information.
